Mar 14, 2012

We always here a lot in the media about a gluten free life, especially for people that have sensitivities or people that have disease.  But, what about the person who is just looking to feel better, and look better day to day.  They may not have been diagnosed with any serious disease, but this person might have daily headaches, other aches and pains, weight gain, fatigue, skin issues, and possibly many other “little” things that some people think is normal.

I can’t tell you how many times I have heard in my office, “well that’s just the normal headache I usually get, or “well my normal is to to only have a bowel movement twice a week” or it’s “my normal to have back and neck pain since I was younger.”

I encourage you to take a few more steps, dig a little deeper into what might be going on with you.  Especially if you are on the verge of knee surgery at the age of 35 or have to take antibiotics for the constant body infections.  Take a look at your intake – what goes past those lips, can be a huge indicator for making some changes for the better.  And, you just may find the answers you were looking for.  Click on the link below for a vast amount of information on genetic testing, other people’s experiences on their gluten free journey, and all about a gluten free life!
